5th March 2020   |  Olympia Conference Centre

After the roaring success of last year's first ever Charity Digital Tech Conference, we're excited to announce we're bringing it back for another year.

Last year we welcomed over 200 charity delegates to central London for a jam-packed day of learning and discussion, with a programme of four streams carefully curated to appeal to charities of all shapes, sizes and levels of digital compliance.

Thanks to the strong network of sector collaborators we’ve built up over our nearly 20 years of serving charities, we were fortunate to feature a broad range of distinguished speakers, from household-name charities such as Mencap, Scope and Age UK, to tech vendors such as Facebook, and the Government’s National Cyber SecurityCentre (NCSC).

And this year we're even more ambitious - 300+ delegates, 16 sessions, and 5 interactive pannels.

When thinking about what this year's theme should be, we found that charities were often scared by the term 'digital transformation'. The more we dug into it, it became clearer that it's not about transformation, but  how charities can #BeMoreDigital. This conference will equip charities with the knowledge, skills and support to do exactly that.

Recap our Charity Digital Tech Conference 2019

This year's topics: 4 steps to #BeMoreDigital

Service Delivery: learn about some of the latest tech advancements and hear from other charities about how they're making digital changes to provide a better service to their beneficiaries.

Data: our data stream will include a cyber-security panel, what a data-driven future looks like and an examination of the ethical implications of data plus much more!

Leadership: this stream focuses on how charities can develop skillsets and mindsets internally to be more digital. We'll be covering topics like culture and strategy, and tackling the issue of inclusion in the sector.

Growth: How can being more digital grow my organisation?  By using the right digital tools for your organisation , in the right way, at the right time.  We'll cover everything from marketing to fundraising with a special session on the value of killer content.

We're thrilled to invite you to one of the homes of London events, Olympia London.  They're recognised in the industry for exceptional levels of customer service and support, and their numerous awards are a testament to our attendee satisfaction.

Their stunning buildings have unique atmospheres and create unforgettable settings for events, exhibitions and conferences. We can't wait to see you there.
